Fr. Zvonimir Pavicic, OFM

Fr. Zvonimir Pavičić was born in Mostar in 1989, as the youngest in a family of six children. His deeply faithful Catholic family cultivated a spirit of piety and prayer in their home life, and actively participated in the life of the parish. As a child, he attended music school and enjoyed singing in the parish choirs while also serving as an altar server. He completed primary and secondary school in Široki Brijeg, a town about 45 minutes from Medjugorje. In 2017, he completed seminary studies at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Zagreb and was ordained a priest in the Franciscan Order on June 25, 2017. Fr. Zvonimir first came to serve in Medjugorje as a deacon. After his ordination to the priesthood, Fr. Zvonimir was assigned associate pastor in Medjugorje. He served in that capacity until August 2022, when he was named pastor of Medjugorje.
