Let us pray for the holiness and unity of Christians

Message of March  25, 2007 “Dear children! I desire to thank you from my heart for your Lenten renunciations. I desire to inspire you to continue to live fasting with an open heart. By fasting and renunciation, little children, you will be stronger in faith. In God you will find true peace through daily prayer. I am with you and I am not tired. I desire to take you all with me to Heaven, therefore, decide daily for holiness. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

Prayer:

Prayer for the Unity of Christians (Pope John Paul II)

Lord, God of our fathers,
 through Your Son, Jesus Christ, You gave Your apostles the command to preach the Gospel to all nations.
 Renew in us the zeal of the first Christians, that we, full of love and humility, may work for the rapprochement of all Your disciples.
 Send the Holy Spirit to guide us on the path of reconciliation, to remove the barriers of division, and to live as one body in Christ.
 Grant that our words, prayers, and deeds may be a sign of hope in the world and a means of Your grace that renews the unity of the Church.
 We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
